The IM Ready programme is a one-stop solution for unemployed and underemployed clients, equipping them to be fully workforce ready through career consultation, strategies and tools:

One-on-one career coaching – we assess a client’s competencies, interests and motivations, guide her on career options and help develop a job search strategy and action plan

Resources – we have a self-help resource centre equipped with computers, printer and job search tools

Training – we conduct webinars and workshops on workplace skills and career development
How It Works
At the heart of the IM Ready programme is our Competencies Diagnostics Assessment. During this process, clients discover their skills and interests and gain a better understanding of their strengths and weaknesses.
We help clients create a job search action plan taking into account these strengths. The plan also tracks their progress and reviews their strategy or the types of jobs they are looking for.
The programme is delivered face-to-face or virtually (Image Mission currently conducts quarterly runs of the 4-week IM Ready virtual workshop) and comprises six stages:

We recommend that clients commit to completing the entire programme but they may choose to exit when they feel ready to continue their job search independently or when they find employment.
